Texas Financial Advisory has developed a specialized system to assist you (and us) make an informed and educated decision about working together.

Learning our process will give you a framework for evaluating us and other firms you might be considering.

These are some important things to know about our meeting process:

Step 1: Book A Call

Our process begins with a quick 10-minute phone call. This will allow us to verify that our expertise aligns with your specific situation.

If it is determined that we are not the right fit for your unique situation, we will happily point you in a different direction.

Step 2: Discovery Session (Office Sit Down #1)

The next step is your first visit to our office. During this one-hour meeting, our purpose is to identify where you are in your financial plan, where you would like to get it, and determine what gaps might exist in between,

Before you come to our office, we will request that you bring along some important documents with you. This information will assist us during the analysis process and allow us to shape the answers to three important questions.

Step 3: Analyze

We will consult with our team of financial experts to craft

1. Are you on track to reach your long term goals (making work optional, retiring early)?
2. How can your tax bill be reduced?
3. How can your investments be improved?

Step 4: Master Plan (Office Sit Down #2)

With the analysis complete, we will have a second meeting to review the plan. In plain English, we will explain what you need to do to reach your financial goals. We will also answer the three critical questions we asked during our analysis.

At the end of this meeting, we will ask you to start thinking about if you would like to work with our firm.

Step 5: Think About It

Here at Texas Financial Advisory, we are in the market for long term client relationships, not a turn and burn transaction. It’s very important that you take as much time as needed to decide.

Step 6: Implementation Meeting (Let’s Do It!)

All of us here at Texas Financial Advisory are so excited to be working with you. We will regroup in person to confirm your goals and start implementing your plan through our new client process.
